Where We Ship
We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically try again or leave a notification for collection. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
