30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at boostvein@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If you haven't received it after 10 business days, please contact us at boostvein@gmail.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your email with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
